Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All orders are shipped with UPS. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.

All orders shipped to customers inside EU are inclusive of VAT.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping.  The indicated price of the products does not include taxes and VAT for orders outside EU. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. The payment of these taxes is required in order to relieve the order from custom charges. Jerven has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
Orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we let will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
